Metrics Planner system performs all machines planning, in order to substitute the spreadsheets that were used before. The manual data input was eliminated to guarantee that the information used in the planning are coherent with the customer requirement. Any change in the Work Orders reflects in the planning automatically, where the finite capacity module allows visualizing conflicts and optimizing activities allocation to attend the agreed schedule.  

The automatic planning functions allow getting faster answers, facing the work changes. The printing resources for visualization and manipulation of the programming allow reaching facility and agility to do the needed intervention to adjust the planning with the production dynamic.

The machine data collect is done in Metrics JobTrack system. The operators can access its equipment programming directly in the system. The appointments of quantities and time are registered and the planning is automatically adjusted in real-time, always reflecting the manufacture situation in the moment.

Control panels allow the information to be available for any authorized user.
