After a long evaluation in the Market, Antilhas has chosen Metrics solutions as one of its management  tools, in order to attend the specific needs of costing, planning and production control area.

Metrics has implanted in Antilhas the Estimating module - that is responsible for calculating costs at Print Industry. The production costs and sales costs of all products supplied by costumers can be calculated by this module, besides the specification of orders that will be produced.

Another important step of the project was the implantation of the Production Management module that was projected to reduce the operational costs and save time.

The Production Management module integrated to the Estimating module elaborates the engineering of product with technical specification of materials and guides. Moreover, this module take into consideration the available resources, deadline, operations sequence, priorities to do the planning of all production and also to solve the production bottleneck. It allows the simulation of alternatives in many environments and settings and the planning can be done automatically.

For the efficient control of the planned things, the system registers all the activities that were done in each equipment and collects data through the production machines that are on the industry floor.
