Automated Estimate
Metrics ORC Classic is the consolidated Estimate system implemented in several printing industry segments and in different sizes of company.
By the machines’ definition, raw materials, production rules and commercialization the system enables the company to create strategy, through defining costs standards and production, which will guide the business and will be followed by all employees.
Quick and standardized Estimates according to the company's strategy
The system is simple to operate, leading the user to fill out the product specification. To elaborate the product structure simply select activities related to production of the Production Order. In this way the person that is doing the estimate has defined in the system the technical characteristics of each machine and raw materials that can be combined to produce, avoiding human error.
When designing the product structure the system performs all combinations of equipment that are production compatible, giving to the user all possible routes.
The system classifies the possibilities for the order price, the cheaper to most expensive, while allowing the user to know all costs involved from the plate to the paper value.
Several printing parks can be configured in the same system, as ex. Offset, Digital, Flexography, etc. Estimates are sent directly by email, and you can choose from several pre-configured models already in the system.
The estimates submitted are controlled classified as "under review", "pending approval" and "in production", when was created a production order.
Integrated with other modules, the system also allows the generation of production orders, sales order and billing. The estimate information are available to the post-calculation, wich integrated with other Metrics systems allows the company to do the analysis between the estimated and realized product to assess the profit gotten on each order.
